Our Commitment
Tomorrow Friendly
We don't just cook food — we make conscious choices. Every ingredient, every package, every decision is made with tomorrow in mind.
Our Philosophy
What "Tomorrow Friendly" means to us
When we use the term "Tomorrow Friendly," we are referring to our commitment to continuous improvement. While we could discuss this concept extensively, it is actually quite straightforward.
Our promise is to constantly enhance what we do. Even if our current work is excellent, we strive to make it even better in the future. We firmly believe there is always room for improvement — and we embrace that challenge every single day.
This isn't a marketing slogan. It's a mindset baked into every decision — from who we source our ingredients from, to how we package your takeaway order.

Our Four Pillars
What we promise you
These are not aspirations — they are commitments we hold ourselves accountable to, every day.
Organic Sourcing
We work directly with farmers who share our values. Every ingredient — from the vegetables in our momos to the jaggery in our chai — is selected for quality, ethics, and environmental care.
Plastic-Free Packaging
All our takeaway packaging is biodegradable or fully recyclable. We've eliminated single-use plastics and use paper bags and compostable containers across all our operations.
50% Plant-Based Menu
Since 2022, half our menu has been plant-based — offering delicious choices that are good for you and better for the planet, without ever compromising on taste.
Community First
We support local Stockholm producers and suppliers. Keeping our supply chains short means fresher food, lower emissions, and stronger communities we're proud to be part of.
Zero Food Waste Goal
We plan every menu with mindfulness. Surplus food is donated to local initiatives — because wasting food is something we simply refuse to accept.
Water Consciousness
Our kitchen practices water-efficient cooking techniques, and we continuously audit our usage to reduce our environmental footprint wherever possible.
Farm to Table
From crop to plate
Upholding the Fika culture in Sweden and learning the supreme penchant for coffee through live interactions with locals and coffee makers, we bring an exquisite flavour of coffee straight from the Himalayas — the finest and most aromatic, promising the goodness of the mountains.
We also introduced Chai made from fresh leaves of Camellia sinensis var, meticulously handpicked from the Tea Estate hills of Darjeeling, North East India, and processed in Darjeeling and Kalimpong — hills bordering Nepal.
Himalayan Coffee Beans
Grown on the breathtaking slopes of the Himalayas. Roasted to perfection — aromatic, pure, and extraordinary.
Darjeeling Tea Leaves
Handpicked from the hills of Darjeeling. Brewed with milk and jaggery — nature's unprocessed sweetener.
Jaggery Instead of Sugar
Jaggery is unprocessed and holds natural benefits — a far better substitute to refined sugar in all our chai.
100% Yummy
50% plant-based,
100% delicious
At our core, we prioritize the creation of delightful culinary experiences, and taste is our utmost priority. If it's not delicious, it won't find its place on our menu — it's as simple as that.
We also value the importance of freedom of choice. Our aim is to provide options that are not only good for you but also environmentally friendly — encouraging you to make informed, conscious decisions with every bite.
In 2022, we successfully achieved our objective of offering a plant-based alternative for 50% of our menu.
Bye Bye, Plastic!
Packaging done right
We use the minimum plastics and more paper for carry bags, contributing to the ecological balance of the Earth. Every order you take away comes in packaging that respects the planet.
This isn't a small decision — it's part of a larger commitment to ensure that every interaction a guest has with Aama leaves a positive mark, not a plastic one.
Paper Carry Bags
All takeaway bags are 100% paper — recyclable and biodegradable from the first use.
Compostable Containers
Our food containers are made from plant-based materials that fully break down in composting conditions.
No Single-Use Cutlery
We encourage dine-in and offer wooden or paper alternatives — never plastic — for takeaway orders.
Zero Single-Use Plastic
Eliminated from all operations since day one
100% Recyclable
Every piece of packaging can go back to the earth
Biodegradable Materials
Containers break down naturally without harm
Paper Bags Only
Kraft paper carry bags for all takeaway orders
